how do I negotiate? Here are some of the principles to salary negotiation:
Negotiate
before you accept any offer. Don't bring up money issues first. Let them.
Don't accept the offer on the spot. Ask
for time to review the offer package and set a date to meet again to accept,
decline or discuss the offer. Use silence to your advantage [the Waiting Game].
Know
what is important to you before negotiating your offer.
Prioritize all negotiable items and negotiate at least the top 1-3 items.
