- Practice the answers to typical interview questions as well as
those Marie will develop based on company-specific research
- Set the stage during the interview process for a
stronger salary offer
- Answer questions during the interview regarding gaps in
employment, being fired or laid off, lack of experience in
certain areas, etc.
- Develop 3-5 in-depth questions you can ask during the
interview that will set you apart from all of the other
applicants
- Follow up after the interview.
